| Abstract: | The article expounds a few key issues that should be held out in managing the classes of the freshmen in universities and colleges,namely: The instructors of the classes should be identified as soon as possible by the students;An excellent class managerial team should be organized;The spirit of self management of the students should be inspired;Efforts should be made to encourage the students to raise their comprehensive qualities in full scale;The construction of the student dormitories should be enhanced and the admiration and education for the students be paid equal attention. |
