| 摘 要： | 分析了指数评价法、模糊综合评价法、灰色关联分析法的优缺点,在此基础上提出了二次灰色关联分析模型.该模型能对各年和各污染物的污染状况分别进行评价,并根据评价结果,进行环境质量优劣排序,增强对实际环境工作的指导意义.最后,利用二次灰色关联分析模型对山东省淄博市的生态环境质量进行评价,并对指标体系和评价标准的建立进行了探讨,取得很好的效果.

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the merits and defects of the models of Exponetial Environment-assessment, Fuzzy Composite Assessment, Gray Incidence Analyse, and advances the method of Twi-Gray Incidence Analyse on the base of this. The method can assess the environmental quality of each year and pollutants of all sites, arrange the degree of pollution on the base of results, and make the resultsmore perfect. At last, the method is applied to the Eco-environmental assessment of Zibo City in Shandong Province. And the paper formulates the index system of eco-environmental evaluation and classifies standards of evaluation index. |
