微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法测定铝铍铬钼钒锆

摘    要:用微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法对Al,Be,Cr,Mo,V和Zr进行了测定,样品用超声雾化法引入。考察了实验条件的影响,建立了测定的最佳条件,测定Al,Be,Cr,Mo,V和Zr的检出限分别为5.3ng/mL,0.47ng/mL,6.0ng/mL,3.6ng/mL,5.3ng/mL和60ng/mL,线性范围为2~4个数量级,考察了一些共存物对测定的影响。

Abstract:The determination of Al, Be,Cr,Mo,V and Zr by microwave plasma torch atomic emis-sion spectrometry(MPT-AES)was studied.The experimental conditions were examined and opti-mized.The limits of detection for Al, Be, Cr, Mo, and Zr were 5.3ng/mL,0.47 ng/mL,6.0ng/mL,3.6 ng/mL,5.3 ng/mL and 60 ng/mL,respectively.The dynamic liear ranges were 2 to 4 or-ders of magnitude. The effects of some coexistent elements were examined.
