| Abstract: | A new concept of semi-nilpotent groups is introduced. Some properties about it are proved. It follows by these properties and the Frobenius-theorem that a semi-nilpotent group is solvable, In particular, Schmidt-Iwasawa's famous theorem is generalized. |
