| 摘 要： | 公民社会是民主政治的摇篮，它孕育着民主所需要的一切。在社会管理民主化、国家政治文明化的发展进程中，公民社会是不可或缺的强力支撑。公民社会的建立，可以促进社会主义民主政治主体的健康人格之塑造和完满，推动我国公民社会的不断成长，提高社会资本存量，为构建和谐社会开辟出一条新的路径。

It can that society is founded advance the model of socialism democratic political body, promote the growth of the civil society, heighten, the existence of social capital open up a new road to build the harmonious society. |
