| 摘 要： | 为了保证图书馆的利益与经济来源,促进中、西部地区图书馆的发展,图书馆立法对中、西部地区至关重要。分析了西部图书馆立法的发展现状及原因,阐述了加强西部图书馆立法的必要性,提出了若干有关加强西部图书馆立法的建议。
