| Abstract: | This paper introduces the reader satisfaction of university library and the features of satisfaction degree under the background of digitalization and networking, illustrates that the service is the foundation of library＇s existence, probes into the problem of obtaining the service value of the library from reader satisfaction, and discusses the relationship between the reader satisfaction and personalized service. |
