不同纳秒脉宽电压下变压器绕组电压分布研究

摘    要:为研究快速暂态过电压(VFTO)、雷电波进入变压器引起高压绕组电压分布的规律,进行了不同纳秒脉冲宽度电压下绕组电压分布研究。基于一台带抽头的10 k VA-220 V/2 400 V变压器,搭建试验平台,测量和分析了不同脉宽电压下的绕组电压分布;基于COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件计算了绕组电容参数矩阵并建立多导体传输线模型(MTLs),仿真计算了绕组电压分布;使用MTLs仿真计算和试验测量得到的绕组电压分布具有很好的一致性。深入分析得出:除波头时间外,脉冲宽度是影响绕组电压分布的重要原因,电压脉冲宽度越小,绕组电压分布越不均匀。

Abstract:For the study of high voltage transformer winding voltage distribution regularity caused by lightening wave and fast transient overvoltage (VFTO), the winding voltage distribution under different voltage nanosecond pulse width was researched. Based on a tapped 10 kVA-220 V / 2400 V transformer, test platform is constructed, measurement and analysis winding voltage distribution under different pulse width voltage. Based on the COMSOL Multiphysics finite element software to calculate the winding capacitance parameter and multi conductor transmission lines (MTLs) model is established. Multi conductor transmission line model of winding voltage distribution and test voltage distribution are good consistency. It is concluded that: the pulse width is important factor affecting the distribution of winding voltage. Voltage pulse width is smaller, the winding voltage distribution is uneven.
