| 摘 要： | 将优化技术与可靠性设计理论相结合,以齿轮可靠度和行星轮系配齿条件等为约束,以轮系体积最小为优化目标建立数学模型,应用复合形法求解数学模型择取最优参数方案。通过实例计算,取得了满意的结果。

| Abstract: | Optimal technology with theory of reliability design is combined in the paper, and the degree of gear reliability matching gear tooth condition etc. is regarded as constraint, and the volume minimum of gear train is regarded as optimal objective, and a mathematical model is established. The mathematical model is solved using a complex method ,and optimal parameter scheme is selected. A satisfied result is obtained by means of example computing. |
