| Abstract: | This paper stresses the importance and necessity of implementing Joint School Management by institutions of higher learning and local authoritative industries. It points out that Joint School Management is the foremost approach to developing and tapping all potentials, and the be3t way to achieving higher quality of education and more favorable effects in school management. The author presents his ideas on how to motivate and stimulate people's initiative in the implementation of Joint School Management. |
