| 摘 要： | 本研究工作共收集食物样品6种62份，从中分离单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌可疑菌落，用ERIC PCR方法进行鉴定。并用国际生化方法验证，结果表明，两种鉴定方法结论完全一致，证明使用ERIC－PCR技术鉴定单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌是可行的，并且耗时短，操作简单。

| Abstract: | Sixty two samples from six kinds of food were collected. Dubious strains were separat-ed from these food samples, and were separately identified by the methods of ERIC-PCR and GB (biochemistry) . The results got by both methods reached a consensus. The study showed that ERIC-PCR technique used for the identification of listeria is feasible and simple. |
