| Abstract: | This paper relates the theory to method in which how to measure blood pressure and the degree of vascular stiffness and introduces the hardware and software design of the measuring instrument. Moreover, through discussing clinic applying results and problems about the instrument, it puts forward the ameliorative idea and significance of the research. |
