碱卤晶体中F_2~ 心和F_2心的能级计算

摘    要:本文以连续模型为基础,用电子有效质量修正来概括反映晶格与连续介质的差别,对氯化钠结构的16种碱卤晶体中的F_2~ 心和F_2心的能级作了系统的计算。所得到的色心吸收跃迁能与已有的实验值符合良好,并且消除了原来存在的F_2心能级颠倒问题。文章第四部分也对计算结果及其在研制色心激光器方面的参考作用进行了初步的讨论。

Abstract:Based on the continuous model, this paper deals with the calculation of energy levels of the F_2~ -centers and F_2-centers in 16 alkali halides which are of NaCl structure. By making use of proper approximations, the authors have obtained the effective mass values of the crystal electron for various alkali halides, taking into account the differences between the lattice and the continuous media. The calculated values for absorption transition are quite close to available experimental values. This calculation also has removed the reversal of the F_2-center energy levels. Therefore, it is recommended that these calculated results are useful for color center laser development.
