不同来源的高山红景天种子微形态特征比较研究

摘    要:利用扫描电镜首次对不同来源的高山红景天种子进行了比较观察,结果表明:两种来源的种子的外形较为接近,均呈长卵形,但种子大小、种子表面纹饰中的纵轴、横轴宽度和间距及排列方式等方面均存在较大的差异,这些种子表面微观形态的差异将为高山红景天种质资源来源的鉴定提供依据.

Abstract:The seed morphology of Rhodioht sachalinensis A. Bor that came from two resources was examined under SEM. The results showed that both seeds of two resources were long egg-shaped, but their size, width and arrangement of vertical axis and transverse axis on ektexine ornamentation were different. The difference on surface of seeds provided a new evidence for identifying Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor resource.
