| 摘 要： | 装备备件配置方案是装备综合保障领域需要解决的关键问题之一，提高备件满足率能够相应地提高系统的可用度，从而提高装备的保障度。针对这一问题，文章从装备可用度为出发点，分析了装备可用度与系统备件满足率之间的关系，建立了任意结构系统的备件满足率模型。建立的模型通用性较强，适用于任何结构的复杂系统。综合权衡备件满足率与备件费用之间的关系，采用边际效应方法对备件配置方案进行优化，得到最优的备件配置方案。通过对实例运算结果的分析，证明了所建模型的正确性与合理性。
