回热补燃式高增压系统研究

摘    要:提出了一种新的高压比涡轮增压系统──回热补燃式高增压系统;建立了其热力分析计算数学模型,对6PA6L-280型柴油机选用该系统进行了计算分析.结果表明,6PA6L-280型柴油机采用回热补燃式高增压系统是可行的,其功率大幅度提高,低速扭矩特性明显改善.

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the performance of a high-ratio turbocharged diesel engine, a high turbocharged system with auxiliary reheating combustion is proposed. Simulation calculation and feasibility analysis of the system show that the type 6PA6L-280 diesel engine with the new system is feasible. In the whole operating range, the fuel consumption is lower and the low-speed torque characteristic of the engine is improved. The infrared radiation of the engine is decreased because the exhaust temperature is lower.
