摘    要:通过将四踪纱线和普通棉纱一起在四步法矩形编织机上编织,然后对编织物以较小间距连续横切,用数码相机拍摄横截面,得到一系列连续横截面上示踪纱线的坐标点。在认为纱线横截面为圆形的前提下,模拟出单纱在编织物中的空间构型。

Abstract:Traced yarns were used to form 3 - D braided fabric on 4 - step track-and-column braiding machine. The braids were cut perpendicular to longitudinal direction at small intervals. With the photographs of the cross-sections, the coordinates of the traced yams on a series of cross sections were obtained. Based on the hypothesis that the cross sections of yams are round, we can simulate the structure of the yams in braids.
