| 摘 要： | 用反相高效液相色谱法，流动相为甲醇-0．1mol／L磷酸二氢钠(15：85)，紫外检测波长为280nm，流速1．0mL／min，测定新疆产红景天中红景天苷含量，结果表明，红景天苷对照品在10～320μg/mL内线性关系良好，r=0．999。平均加样回收率为96．5％；RSD为3．4％。稳定性良好。该法简便，分离完全，结果可靠，适用于红景天苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | To determine the content of salidroside in the plant of Rhodiola rosen L. RP-HPLC was applied.The mobile phase consists of methanol:monosodium orthophosphate( 15:85) .The detection wavelength is at 280nm and the flow rate 1.0 mL/min. The linearity is obtained over the range of 10 ~ 320 mg/L ( r = 0.999). The average recovery is 96.5 % with relative standard deviation of 3.4%. The method is simple, rapid and reiable.lt is suitable for the determination of salidroside concentration. |
