摘    要:实验研究了涡轮叶片带内肋U形通道在旋转状态下有转角时的前缘、后缘及两侧面局部换热系数分布,以及其和无转角时的比较.实验表明,在旋转状态下,小角度转角的旋转带肋通道的换热和无转角时相比,趋势上没有太大的变化,但加强和减弱了某些地方的局部换热而使四个面的换热趋向一致,只是效果不明显;从整体上看,转角减弱了通道的平均换热,浮升力因素的影响基本上减弱了换热.

Abstract:Experiments were conducted to study the heat transfer characteristics of a rotating ribbed serpentine passage with different stagger angles. The passage has a squared cross section. Results show that small stagger angle has little effect on the Nu distribution on the whole, though local heat transfer may be varied. Conclusion may be drawn that stagger angle has the averaged heat transfer reduced and the same is for the buoyancy parameter.
