基于信号处理的胶接结构超声无损检测的研究

摘    要:针对常规超声无损检测方法较难检测胶接缺陷和不能检测胶接强度的问题,本文将信号处理技术与超声无损检测技术结合起来,应用特征参数分析、模式识别和回归分析等现代信号处理技术解决胶接缺陷检测和胶接强度估计的问题.定义了两种新的特征参数——相位特征参数和复倒谱特征参数,研究结果表明这两种特征参数与胶接结构质量是密切相关的.胶接缺陷的平均识别率在80%以上,胶接强度的估计精度也令人满意.与信号处理技术相结合是超声无损检测技术的发展方向之一.

Abstract:Facing to problems which are difficult to test defects and strength of adhesive bonds using traditional ultrasonic nondestructive testing(UNDT)me- thod,modern signal processing and UNDT are combined to solve the problems. Two new sets of features related tightly with the quality of adhesive bonds are defined.Feature analysis,pattern recognition and regressive analysis are applied to test defects and to estimate strength of adhesive bonds.The average reliability of defects classification is over 80%,and the estimation of adhesive strength is satisfactory.The combination with signal processing is one of the most impor- tant trends to the development of UNDT.
