摘    要: 为了获取CCD激光焊接的精确定位并减小CCD噪声对激光加工件测量的影响,通过改变积分项及其范围,提出一种激光束宽的自适应方法来确定被焊接工件的轨迹。同时,充分利用图像传感器技术和计算机对CCD图像处理的功能,对待激光焊接的加工件缝隙进行数据采集和分析,进行激光焊接补偿器的设计,达到了对已知设定的激光焊接轨迹进行补偿。通过实验设计和物理模拟仿真实验,该方法能够精确地确定激光焊接的加工件积分范围,并可以有效地修正实际焊接轨迹,进而提高激光焊接的精度和质量,结果表明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:To obtain the precise localization of laser welding beam and mitigate the influence of CCD noise on measuring result of the workpieces that needs laser welding, an adaptive measuring method of laser beam width is presented to define the welding trajectory of the workpieces through varying the integral part and integral area. Meanwhile, by making the most use of image sensor CCD technique and the image processing technique of computer, the image data of the welding seam on workpieces could be collected and processed. Further more, the design of laser welding compensator is presented which is proposed to compensate the laser welding trajectory with the known setting trajectory. This method can define the integral area of the workpieces and effectively modify the welding trajectory in practice while improving its quality and precision, and the result of experiment design and the physical simulation shows that this method is feasible.
