数控机床主轴刀柄锥配合结合部动力学建模

摘    要:在分析现有主轴刀柄动力学建模方法缺点的基础上,根据刚度影响因子的概念,建立了锥配合结合部动力学模型,并利用结构动力学矩阵与频率响应函数矩阵互逆的特性,识别出结合部的动力学模型参数.实验表明:计算出的模型固有频率与模态实验得到的值的相对误差在10%左右,验证了所建模型的有效性.

Abstract:Existing dynamic modeling methods used in spindles and tool holders were analyzed.According to the concept of stiffness impact factor,a dynamic model of conical joint was established based on the mutual inverse characteristic of the structural dynamic matrix and frequency response function matrix,the parameters of joints were identified.Experiments show that the error between calculated natureal frequency of the model and modal test measured is about 10%.The model eatable wished was proved to be effective.
