| 摘 要： | 在机床固定结合面动力学建模和模型参数识别研究的基础上,通过实验研究了固定结合面动力学建模参数与螺栓预紧力之间的关系.提出了固定结合面动力学建模参数与螺栓预紧力之间的幂函数数学模型.对一种特定固定结合面,通过数据拟合的方法,对该幂函数的数学模型进行了参数识别.对于任意给定预紧力的结合面,通过该模型,可求出其动力学模型参数.实验验证了该模型的有效性.对于任一种固定结合面,通过少量试验,可获得该类固定结合面的动力学模型,为数控机床整机动力学精确建模提供了一定的基础.

| Abstract: | Relation between dynamic modeling parameters of fixed joints and preload was studied experimentally.A mathematical model of power function was proposed and the mathematical model parameters of power function were identified in a particular joint through data fitting.By using this model,the dynamic parameters of the given joints under arbitrary preload can be obtained.The fitting results were compared with the experimental ones verify the validity of the model.For any fixed joint,only a few tests can get the... |
