摘    要:基于图像处理的实时性和快速性,提出了一种循环流化床锅炉吸热量在线预测模型,建立了锅炉吸热量与火焰温度及其黑度的数学模型.从CCD探测器捕捉到的火焰图像中计算出火焰温度及其黑度,根据预测模型就可得出锅炉的吸热量.在480t/h超高压循环流化床(CFB)锅炉上安装了可视化在线检测系统并进行了模型验证试验.试验结果显示该模型...
