| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了信息技术在推动当今社会进步中的作用和微电子技术在政治、经济和军事等领域中的重要性,分析了我国传统产业的现状以及在“七·五”期间用微电子技术改造传统产业所得的经验和成绩,提出了针对我国国情抓住机遇振兴中国微电子技术的策略。

| Abstract: | This papisr expounds the role of electronics and information technology in propelling current society forward and the importance of microelectronics tech- nology in the areas of politics, economics and military affairs, etc. After analyz- ing the present condition of our countryt's traditional industries and the experien- ces and achievements obtained in applying microelectronics technology to reform- ing the traditional industries in the seventh Five-Year Plan period, the paper proposes a tactics of catching the opportunity and promoting China's microelectr- onics technology in accordance with the state of our country. |
