计算机有限元仿真在缺陷漏磁定量检测中的应用

摘    要:
介绍了有限元基本理论,采用有限元方法分析了棒材表面有无缺陷以及缺陷尺寸变化时的缺陷磁场的分布。仿真结果表明,采用有限元方法可以非常好的对缺陷漏磁场进行分析,分析结果揭示了缺陷尺寸与漏磁场分布之间的关系,为缺陷的定量检测提供了很好的依据。

Abstract:
Computer finite element simulation is a type of important scientific research methods which saves much time and money. First, the basic theory of finite element was presented. Then, the magnetic flux leakage (MFL) of sticks without flaws and different dimension flaws were analyzed using finite element method. It is proved that flaw MFL can be analyzed using finite element method, and the relation of the flaw dimension and MFL is introduced , and is good base provided for the quantitative inspection of flaws.
