摘    要:试验确定了新型多元复杂含锰铝青铜防爆合金的化学成分,并研究了B与V微合金化及热处理对该合金硬度及力学性能的影响。结果表明:该合金经820℃×1 h保温后淬火处理,合金强度bσ为985 MPa,合金伸长率5δ≥18%;且性能稳定,在强烈冲击和摩擦的条件下,无火花产生;用该合金制造的防爆工具没有出现变形、断裂等问题。

Abstract:The composition of new complex aluminum-bronze alloy containing Mn was determined in this paper. The effect of microalloying both V and B and the heat treatment on its hardness and mechanical properties of aluminum-bronze alloy were studied. A yield strength of 985 MPa and elongation of no less than 18% were obtained for the alloy when quenched after soading for 1 hour at 820 ℃.No spark or explosion would be induced when it was intensively stroked and worn.The anti-explosion tools made by the alloy did not cause deformation and fracture when used.
