新疆石河子市大学生性与生殖健康教育干预研究

摘    要:探讨与评价对大学生进行性与生殖健康教育的模式、内容和效果。采用前瞻性干预研究的方法,对石河子大学2000级2700名新生进行为期两年多的性健康知识教育。对干预研究的可行性和效果进行科学的评价。通过教育,项目学生的性与生殖健康的知识、态度、观念和行为有了明显的提高和转变,总的回答正确率由干预前的48.32%上升到71.06%,提高了22.74个百分点。大学生的性与生殖健康教育是必要的,项目教育的内容和采用的专题讲座、同伴教育、主题班会和咨询服务等方式方法是可行的、有效的,也是受学生欢迎的。

Abstract:The paper discusses and assesses the model,content and effect of sex and reproduction health education to university students.By prospective intervention research,2 700 fresh men enrolled in 2000 in Shihezi University were randomly selected and invited to participate in the research.They were asked to fill anonymous questionnaires before and after sex health education which was carried out in about two years. The feasibility of the questionnaire is acceptable.The knowledge,manner,idea and behavior on sex and reproduction health of subject students have been improved significantly after the education.The total correct rate changed from 48.32% (before the intervention) to 71.06%,increased (22.74%.)It is important to carry on sex and reproduction health education to university students.The content and method of the project education,were csrried out by,special course,companion education,theme class meeting and advisory service,which are feasible and effective,and also welcomed by the students.
