基于项目寿命周期的风险投资项目管理及其一般性原则

本文依据现代项目管理规范 ,对风险投资项目的内涵进行了界定 ,建立了一个六阶段的风险投资项目寿命周期模型 ;给出了基于项目寿命周期的风险投资项目管理定义并就其特点展开了分析 ,归纳和分析了风险投资项目管理的一般性原则。本文最后还指出了有待进一步研究的风险投资项目管理问题

The Venture Capital Project Management and its General Principles Based on the Project Life Cycle

According to the modern project management rules,this paper defines the contents of the venture capital project,builds up a venture capital project life cycle model consisting of six phases.Furthermore.this paper gives out the definition of the venture capital project management based on the project life cycle and analyses its characters,draws and analyses the general principles of the venture capital project management.Finally this paper also points out the problems about the venture capital project management to be researched further.
