| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于PLC和工业控制计算机的水泥配料过程控制系统。通过对系统硬件组态及软件设计思想的详细描述,文章从设计和应用的角度介绍了一种由PLC和IPC组成的新型监控系统。该系统采用西门子组态软件WinCC V6．0及C语言编程实现了对生产过程的动态监视和管理。控制器选用西门子S7 315-2DP PLC,采用STEP7 V5．2 PLC编程软件进行硬件线路编程设计,实现对整个水泥生产线的逻辑控制,解决了设备之间的连锁启停问题。该系统在临汾河西电厂集团水泥厂建设项目中实现了良好的监测和控制性能。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced a cement compound process control system based on PLC and industrial control computer.Through particular describe of system hardware configuration and software programming method,in the point of design and application,the article introduces a new style of inspect and control system make up of PLC and IPC.Programmed by Siemens con- figurable software WinCC V6.0 and C,the system achieves dynamic surveillance and management to produce process.Choose of Siemens S7 315-2DP PLC as the controller and hardware designed by STEP7 V5.2,achieved logical control of whole cement product line and solved the problem of chain startup and stop between equipments.The system got a nice performance of inspect and control in cement build item in Hexi power plants,Linfen. |
