磁化水对双孢蘑菇的生物学效应

摘    要:将双孢蘑菇 176、2 796、82 11菌株分别培养在用普通水配制的马铃薯培养基 (PDA)和用磁化水配制的马铃薯培养基 (MPDA)上 .结果表明 ,在MPDA上培养的 3个菌株其菌丝体的生长速度分别提高了 39.31%、16 .16 %和 2 5.2 6 % .176菌株通过MPDA培养后的核酸含量、总蛋白含量、可溶性蛋白含量比在PDA上培养的分别提高了 4 1.18%、2 1.92 %和 35.0 4 % ;2 796菌株分别提高了 2 6 .88%、33.91%和 4 1.50 % ;82 11菌株也分别提高了 33.33%、35.6 9%和 51.39% .通过酯酶同工酶 (EST)电泳分析表明 ,用MPDA培养对双孢蘑菇 3个菌株菌丝体的EST影响是不同的 .

Abstract:Agaricus bisporus strain 176, 2796, 8211 were inoculated in the potato dextrose agar made up with water (PDA) and magnetized water (MPDA). The results showed that the growing speed of the mycelia incubated on MPDA was evidently faster than that of those incubated on PDA, which increased by 39.31%,16.16% and 25.26% respectively for strains 176, 2796 and 8211. The data of nucleic acid content, total protein content and soluble protein content of the mycelia on MPDA were higher than those on PDA, which rose by 41.18%, 21.92% and 35.04% respectively for Strain 176, and \{26.88%,\} 33.91% and 41.50% respectively for strain 2796, and 33.33%, 35.69% and 51.39% respectively for strain 8211. We discovered by electrophoresis that the effects on the isozyme of the mycelia of different strains caused by MPDA incubating are various.
