多工步板料成形过程的计算机仿真

摘    要:目前金属板料成形工艺制定和模具设计仍然采用传统的单纯依靠工艺人员的经验和试模生产验证的方法进行,难以掌握成形过程材料的流动情况,以及进行工艺参数的优化.针对设计生产中这一普遍状况,介绍金属板料成形过程计算机仿真技术,探讨了在生产实际中应用CAE技术的技术路线.通过比较单工步成形和多工步成形分析的技术特点,介绍了多工步成形过程的计算机仿真中的信息传递,并给出汽车轮辐多工步成形过程仿真的成功案例.

Abstract:It is difficult for designer to understand sheet metal stamping processes and optimize the process parameters in conventional design manner. The computer simulation techniques for sheet metal forming processes and a technical scheme of using CAE technology in practical design were introduced. By comparison between technical characteristics of single stage and multi stage stamping processes, the information transformation of computer simulation in forming stages was discussed. A successful example of the simulation of car wheel rim forming processes was presented.
