数控加工精度检测分析

摘    要:符合输出量与输入量之间特定函数关系的准确程度称作精度,数控用传感器要满足高精度和高速实时测量的要求。对数控机床进行精度检测时,经常要通过如空载检验、负荷检验、主轴检验及进给检验等多面的试验,对几何精度、定位精度、随动精度进行检测,然后对所得的误差进行分析。本文通过对精度检查的介绍,明确了数控加工中精度检测的重要性。

Abstract:Precision is the accuracy which accord with the particular functional relation between input and output. Numerical control uses the transducer to respond to the request that the high precision and high speed are measured in real time. When carrying on precision measurement to the numerical control lathe, multidimensional examinations are usually needed, such as load and unloaded test, main shaft test, and enter and supply test, etc. Then measure at the same time the geometric, positioning and dynamic accuracies, and finally analyze the resulting errors. Based on the introduction of precision inspecting, this article makes clear the importance of measuring the precision during in the course of CNC Machining.
