| 摘 要： | 在系统分析战时装备人员综合保障能力影响要素的基础上，建立了基于特尔斐法、模糊层次分析法与模糊综合评判理论相结合的人员综合保障能力评价模型。并结合实例进行了分析。结果表明该法是可行的，具有较高的使用价值。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of system analysis of the factors which influence equipment personnel support ability in wartime, the support ability evaluation model by using the theory of Delphi method, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is established. Furthermore, this model is confirmed by an example. Through the analytic result, the model is regarded of feasibility and high practice value. |
