摘    要:对均匀B样条曲面的多分辨率小波表示进行了讨论,给出了双正交的均匀三次B样条小波两尺度关系的构造过程.针对感兴趣区域和背景区域,提出了采用不同的分辨率来表示均匀B样条曲面的具体方法.实例分析表明,该表示方法能够有效地减少复杂曲面存储所需的空间和提高曲面的显示速度,也更加方便了曲面的多分辨率编辑.

Abstract:The principles and methods of realizing wavelet multiresolution representation of uniform cubic B-spline curves and surfaces were introduced. For region of interest and background region a method was proposed, which is used to represent the uniform B-spline surfaces by different resolution. The practical example shows that the display speed of surfaces can be greatly improved by this method and it is extremely useful for storage or multiresolution editing of surfaces.
