| 摘 要： | 合同解除的法律后果包括合同解除的溯及力和合同解除后的财产处理。合同解除可以具有溯及力,但这只是一种可能性,具体到某一特殊合同时,要使这种可能性转化为现实性,必须综合考虑各种因素,具体合同具体分析。合同解除后的财产处理包括恢复原状、不当得利返还和损害赔偿等。
