工程机械液压底盘试验台双马达同步的研究

摘    要:
提出了基于直接自适应控制和模糊控制相结合的新方法,对工程机械液压底盘试验台的单泵双马达驱动的转速同步控制进行了研究,并且对PID控制与直接自适应模糊控制方法进行了研究对比。仿真结果表明直接自适应和模糊控制相结合的方法比PID控制更能够改善系统的同步控制效果。此研究结果有助于提高试验台的控制品质。

Abstract:
A novel combination method based on direct adaptive control and fuzzy control was proposed for the sake of improving precision of single -pump double-hydyaulic motor speed synchronism driving control of test-bed. Simulation of the direct adaptive fuzzy control method was contrasted with simulation of PID control method. This work suffficiently shows that the combination of direct adaptive control and fuzzy control method is more capable of improving precision of synchronism driving than the PID control method. This rearch result helps to improve the test-bed control quality.
