| Abstract: | This paper expounds the meaning of carrying on a good publicity and training, analyzes the current situation of the work, and puts forward six countermeasures accordingly: establishing and completing service system, running experimental school and youth invention competition well, strengthening the power of operation training and communication, enlarging the scale of publicity. |
