| Abstract: | This paper introduces briefly the positive and negative effects of power(authority),money(materials benefit)and friendship(human relationship)in the state-owned enterprises,analyzes on various expressions of the power,money and friendship in the actual life,and advances some suggestions on how to build the punishing-preventing system in the state-owned enterprises. |
