异位妊娠与解脲脲原体及沙眼衣原体感染的关系

目的 :探讨异位妊娠与解脲脲原体 ( U U)及沙眼衣原体 ( CT)感染的关系。方法 :分别采用培养法及单克隆抗体法检测 46例异位妊娠患者宫颈分泌物中的解脲脲原体及沙眼衣原体 ,同时取同期体检的病例 43例作对照。结果 :异位妊娠组宫颈分泌物 UU阳性率 41.3% ,CT阳性率 15 .2 % ,明显高于对照组 UU阳性率 18.6 % ,CT阳性率 2 .3% ( P<0 .0 5〉。结论 :异位妊娠与生殖道 U U及 CT感染有关。

The relationship between ectopic pregnancy and genital infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis

Objective: To explore the relationship between genital infections with ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 46 patients with ectopic pregnancy (case group), 43 women who had a physical examination selected randomly at the same time (control group) were investigated as a case control study. The samples from the secretion of cervix were collected to perform culture and monoclonal antibody technique to detect UU and CT successivly. Results: Case group was more likely to have detectable UU(positive rate 41.3%) and CT (positive rate 15.2%) than control group UU (positive rate 18.6%) CT (positive rate 2.3%). There were significant differences in the positive rate of UU and CT between case group and control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a strong association between ectopic pregnancy and genital infection with UU and CT.
