摘    要:目的 :研究蚕蛹多肽的营养价值及其生物保健功能。方法 :通过动物喂养试验 ,观察其对小鼠生长的影响 ,检测小鼠血清胆固醇 ,MDA及 SOD酶活力等生化指标的变化情况。结果 :多肽加高胆固醇组与高胆固醇组比较 ,其血清胆固醇水平存在极显著差异 ,而与空白组比较 ,MDA水平具有降低的迹象 ,SOD酶活力明显升高。结论 :蚕蛹多肽具有降低血清胆固醇作用 ,使高胆固醇达到正常范围 ,并具有抗氧化作用

Abstract:Objective: To study nutritive value of multi peptide in silk worm cocoon and it'a healthy funtion to human body. Methods: Through feeding experiment, the mice' growth and all kinds of binochemial changes were observe such as serum cholesteral MDA and SOD enzyme and so on. Results: Compared with high cholesteral group the serum cholesteral of the high choleteral group in which multipeptide of silk worm cocoon was fed has obvious difference and compared with control group. MDA's level decreased, but SOD enzyme's activity rose obviously. Conclusion: The multi-peptide in silkworm cocoon can decrease serum chelesteral, lower high chelesterol to normal range, and resist oxidization.
