螺线轴承的流体动力特性

摘    要:本文采用边界元方法,对各种偏心率下螺线轴承的流体动力特性、流场和摩擦损耗进行了分析.得到了螺线轴承中轴颈表面、轴承表面的压力随偏心率的变化而变化的规律.

Abstract:In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of lubricant,flow field and wastage of friction of different eccentrics in spiral bearing have been studied by means of boundary element method.The distributions of pressure on the surface of bearing and bearing-neck are obtained.Furthermore,the chanying law of pressure with the change of eccentric ratio is illustrated.
