摘    要:公平合理的收益分配机制是项目驱动下的高校自发型教研团队长效、稳定发展的基础。以项目负责人为核心,建立委托人参与下的委托代理模型,分析最优收益分配机制。研究表明,最优的收益分配比例与项目大小及项目执行中成员成本无关,而与努力的产出弹性系数相关;为保证团队成员的参与性,需要支付一定的固定工资,该支付与成本系数正相关而与项目产出系数负相关。

Abstract:Fair and reasonable income distribution mechanism is the foundation for a stable,long-term education and research team based on project.Therefore,taking the project principal as the core,the principal-agent model is established under customer participation and the optimal income distribution mechanism is analyzed.The results indicate that the optimized proportion of income distribution is independent on the output coefficient of the project and the cost coefficient,but dependent on output elastic coefficient.To ensure that team members’ participation a fixed payment which is negatively related with output coefficient of the project has to pay.
