我国包容性旅游的发展

基于将旅游产业打造成为我国战略性支柱产业这一现实目标,在包容性发展理念的启示下,提出包容性旅游发展的新业态。在阐述包容性旅游的基本概念、内涵的基础上,指出包容性旅游与其他相关旅游概念的联系和区别。包容性旅游与可持续旅游、扶贫旅游、无障碍旅游、负责任的旅游、生态旅游等旅游发展概念既有一定的联系,又有明显的区别。包容性旅游强调旅游的发展,一方面要促进旅游目的地人口就业机会的均等,另一方面要通过旅游相关产业的发展,增加生产性就业岗位,促进旅游目的地的社会公平,缩小贫富差距。

Development of Inclusive Tourism in China

According to the reality of building the tourism industry into strategic support backbone of Chinese industries,we proposed the new type of tourism called inclusive tourism on the enlightenment of inclusive development.The inclusive tourism is obviously different from sustainable tourism,pro-poor tourism,accessible tourism,responsible tourism,ecotourism and so on.However,these conceptions are related to each other to some degree.The emphasis of inclusive tourism is,on the one hand,to promote the equality of opportunity of employment among population in tourism destination;on the other hand,to increase the productive jobs to promote the social equality and narrow the gap between the rich and the poor.According to the study,we proposed the conception and connotation of inclusive tourism and discussed the differences from other tourism conceptions.
