摘    要:在广泛调研国内外教学评价指标体系的基础上,确立了高校教学质量评价指标体系。采用专家、同行教师和学生相结合的方式对教师教学质量进行评价,并根据评价主体的不同,确立了不同的教学质量评价指标体系,以保证评价结果的准确性。采用模糊综合评判法处理评价主体对各指标项的评价结果,其中借用层次分析法确定了评价因素的权重,实现定性分析和...

Abstract:The authors of this paper established an evaluation index system for university teaching quality based on the wide rage of research of both domestic and foreign teaching index.The established evaluation system combined the evaluation of teaching experts,fellow teachers and students.Different teaching evaluation indexes were also established according to these different evaluators so as to ensure the accuracy of evaluation results.The evaluation system also adopted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to process evaluating results of different evaluators,in which AHP was used to determine the weights of evaluation factors.Thus both qualitative and quantitative analysis were both used to improve the accuracy of evaluation results.
