| 摘 要： | 为建设社会主义新农村,实施城乡一体化的大和谐发展战略,宁国从2010年起率先启动美丽和谐乡村建设工作.这项工作具有把握生态文明主线、坚持因地制宜原则、引导社会力量参入.创新农村社会管理和服务四个重要的实践特色,把惠及民生、人民幸福作为终极目标,通过科学规划统筹推进社会主义新农村建设.

| Abstract: | In order to construct socialist new villages and carry out the strategy of harmonious development and integration between cities and villages,Ningguo firstly started the program of constructing harmonious villages in 2010.The construction has 4 key features: centering on ecological civilization,insisting on the principle of acting according to the circumstances,guiding social forces to take part in it and innovating social management and service in villages.It aims at benefiting livelihood of people and their happiness,and wholly pushes forward construction of socialist new villages by means of scientific planning. |
