原子吸收法测定硅酸铅中的微量元素

摘    要:本文提出用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定硅酸铅中的微量元素铜、锰、钴、镍和铬,并探索了样品中可能存在的干扰元素及溶剂介质酸度对测定的影响。找出了原子吸收法测定硅酸铅中微量元素的最佳实验条件和分析方法。在消除各种干扰因素的基础上,采用一次消化样品连续测定五个元素的分析方法,精确度高,速度快。

Abstract:In this paper, the determination of trace elements including copper, manganese,cobalt, nikel and chromium in lead metasilicate by atomic absorption spectroscopyhas been investigated. The influence of interfering elements and the acidity of thesolvent medium on the determination was examed. The optimum working conditionsof the determination were found using orthogonal experimental design techique met-hod of analysis. On the basis of the elimination of various interfering factors ananalytic method of the succesive determination of five elements by one single sam-pie digestion was worked out.
