摘    要:驱动桥壳是汽车上的重要部件,直接影响车辆的使用安全性.文章根据近几年出现的拉延桥壳中段,通过对传统的冲焊桥壳中段的制造工艺、试验结果及使用性能的分析比较,提出拉延中段在应用上的优势和对未来发展方向的展望,为驱动桥壳高强度、轻量化设计提供了一种有意义的设计思想.

Abstract:The driving-axle housing is an important part of automobile, which influences vehicle's safty directly. And by contrast with the traditional punching-welding intermediate section in manufacturing technology, This paper presents advantages of using mandrelling intermediate section and prospect of its future developmental trend because of its new emergence in recent years. The testing result and and the analyses of the application performance all prove that it is a useful idea for the design of high-strength and light-weight of axle housing.
