需求侧新型环网供水模式的研究及其应用

在分析城镇小区域现行供水管网模式特点的基础上，提出一种新型城镇小区域供水管网布局和经济运行模式——需求侧新型环网供水模式，以解决城镇小区域供水峰谷不平衡矛盾。经结合城镇小区域供水工程的实践表明：该管网供水模式可改变因管网不合理造成的水源利用率不高和供水不正常的情况，有效地节约和利用水资源，可实现全区全天侯平衡供水，能取得较好的社会经济价值，可推广应用。

On the study and application of the new water supply pattern of ring nets on the demand sides

the study of the present pattern of water supply pipe nets in small towns , the author provides a new-style distribution of water supply pipe nets and a new pattern of economic operation -- water supply pattern of ring net pipes on the demand sides , which can avoid the "rush hour "of water supply .The practice in water supply construction in town's small regions shows that the new pattern can make full use of and economize water resources and even supply of water all day long and throughout the district can be realized by solving the problems of inefficient use of water resources and of abnormal water supply caused by the unreasonable distribution of pipe nets .
