| 摘 要： | 应用小鼠S1 80 肉瘤 ,小鼠EAC腹水瘤实体型两种瘤株 ,进行BALB c小鼠移植瘤模型的研究。试验设S1 80 对照组 ,S1 80 给药组 ,EAC对照组 ,EAC给药组 ,比较给药 10d后实体瘤大小及其病理学变化特征。病理学观察对照组和给药组间、瘤体切面积和瘤细胞坏死率差异均有极显著性 ,两对照组的小鼠肝脏内均发现有瘤细胞转移。由此说明病理学观察具有重要的参考价值

| Abstract: | To establish the replantable models of tumon cell line S 180 and EAC using BALB/c mice respectively. The mices were randomly divided into 2 groups, with one group given therapeutic drug and the other as a control. After 10 days, the tumour weights and pathological changes were compared. There is very apparent difference of pathological changes between two groups. The tumour cells were found in the mices liver of the control groups. This proves that pathological evaluation shown a significant reference value. |
